• Note: 1809, Bury and Norwich Post, 5 Jul 1809; Welbank v Young Welbank, a surgeon and accoucheur in Chancery-Lane, sues for the return of £135 paid for two coach-horses, one of which was lame on account of a thrush infection in its foot.
• Note: 12 Jul 1832, Morning Herald (London); Blundell v Welbank Fishmongers bring action against Welbank, a former surgeon, for payment for fish. Defendant said they'd agreed to offset his services against the fish, and Court agreed.
