If Ann remarries a butcher and he survives her, he can continue to occupy the property for life if he continues in trade as a butcher from the premises. Ann is his executor. Anne married Henry Smith in Feb 1790, shortly after the Will was written, so did he know Ann planned to marry Henry, and Henry was a butcher?
