She must be his close relative, but he isn't likely to be her father as he would have been 17 when she was born, I have made the assumption that she is the child of Robert, his cousin, cooper of York.. He had recently married and a son had just died, in the year she was born, so quite plausible he would have a child of her age. He had died in 1766, before she married.
