Married John Robinson of Cowton Grange, whose family had been there for several generations. The property still exists, just NW of North Cowton, and is a listed building, supposedly built in the early 1600s to replace a timber-framed house that burnt down.
A son or grandson, John Robinson, was living in Scorton in 1753 when her nephew George Welbank of Greenwich left him money in his Will. |
